Today, we have an update on the tragic train crash in Greece that occurred on Tuesday night, killing 38 people. Officials report that it was human error, since the passenger train that hit the freight train was on the wrong track, and had been on that track for many miles before the crash.

Four astronauts, two from NASA, one from the United Arab Emirates, and one from Russia, are heading to the International Space Station, where they will stay for the next six months before returning to Earth.
