Thankfully, severe weather is finally winding down, as the storm system moves out of the Midwest and Central US. However, it is bringing some rain to the South this weekend, with strong winds and the possibilty of large hail as well. Multiple tornadoes have struck the Midwest and Central US in the past week, flattening entire towns and leaving over 32 people dead. Thankfully, most of the power has been restored, as the only state with over 10,000 power outages is Texas (over 23,000 people out of power). Bad weather is also continuing in Canada, as a massive ice storm has moved into the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, and Montreal. Over 1 million people are out of power across the eastern part of country, and many pipes and power lines are freezing up.

On another note, the former Chief Technological Officer of Square and founder of Cash App, Bob Lee, has died, after a tragic stabbing attack in San Francisco. Officials are still investigating the incident. He was only 43 years old, and could have gone on to do many more great things in life. However, Lee may no longer be with us, but his reputation and business continue to live on.
