Firstly, massive flooding has struck the Congo, ruining villages and killing over 200 people. Landslides and mudslides have buried people and entire towns in dirt, and the rain just continues to pour onto the area.
On another note, nine people are dead and seven more are wounded after someone entered the Allen Premium Outlets, a mall near Dallas, and opened fire. Six people were killed on the spot, two more died in the hospital, and the gunman is also dead. Three other people are undergoing surgery, and four more are stable. The Allen Premium Outlets are just south of the suburb of McKinney, about 30 miles north of downtown Dallas. More to come on the victims of the mass shooting soon.
