On another note, California is also receiving some serious rain, and the massive storm has not finished pummeling the state yet. Two people are dead and over 40,000 people are without power, and major flooding is quickly intensifying as the huge storm continues to batter California. This storm comes after back-to-back blizzards smashed into the state a few weeks ago, so the ground is already saturated, which becomes perfect for water to quickly inundate the area and flood homes that have already been buried in up to 10 feet of snow.
